Welcome to Aivor.ai! We are delighted that you want to become part of our AI community. Before you get started, please briefly read through our house rules. It’s not as dry as it sounds – we promise!

1. Who we are and what applies here

These Usage Policy regulate the interaction on the platform Aivor.ai and the use of all associated tools. They apply in addition to our General Terms and Conditions (GTC). Provider and responsible party: Daniel Böhmel (Darkwood.Design).

2. How to join us

You need a user account to fully utilize Aivor.ai. Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old and fully legally competent. Please provide truthful data during registration. Multiple accounts, fake profiles, or bots are not permitted. We reserve the right to block accounts in the event of violations of these rules.

3. What we offer you (and what we don’t)

Aivor.ai offers you various tools to get the best out of Artificial Intelligence:

• 3.1 Aivor Chat: Our AI chat assistant for your questions, ideas, and projects. We save your inputs to enable the history function. Important: AI can hallucinate. The answers are not always error-free – never rely blindly on them for important decisions (medical, legal, financial).
• 3.2 Aivor Content Studio: Here you can generate texts and blog posts. You are responsible for the content yourself. Check facts and rights before publication.
• 3.3 Aivor Visuals (Image Generator): Create AI images and animate them. The generated works belong to you (see GTC). Prohibited are: Deepfakes of real persons, pornographic content (NSFW), depictions of violence, or images that obviously violate trademark rights (e.g., famous comic characters or logos).
• 3.4 Aivor Leads: This tool helps you research company data. Attention: You are solely responsible for how you use this data. Sending unsolicited advertising emails (spam) or cold calling is strictly regulated or prohibited in many countries (esp. Germany acc. to UWG). Aivor provides the data – you bear the risk of contacting them.
• 3.5 Community & Support: We expect respectful interaction in the forum. Insults, hate speech, or advertising for competing products will be deleted without comment.

4. Availability

We give our all to ensure Aivor.ai is always accessible. Since we rely on interfaces from third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI), we cannot guarantee 100% availability. We will announce maintenance work in advance whenever possible.

5. Credits, Subscriptions & Payment

Aivor.ai uses a fair credit system. Every action costs credits.

• Billing: Payment is processed securely via common providers such as PayPal or credit card (via Stripe).
• Expiration of Subscriptions: In a subscription, you have a monthly quota. Important: Unused subscription credits expire at the end of the month and are not carried over to the next month ("Use it or lose it"). The counter is reset on the billing date.
• Credit Packs: Additionally purchased single credits remain valid for the long term (see GTC).
• Limit reached? If your credits are used up, you cannot make any new requests until the subscription renews or you buy a credit pack.

6. What you must not do (No-Gos)

• Do not create or distribute illegal, offensive, or extremist content.
• Do not share accounts (Account sharing is prohibited).
• No automated mass queries (scraping) of our platform without permission.
• Do not exploit security vulnerabilities (Reverse Engineering).
• Violations lead to immediate suspension.

7. Your Responsibility

You are the "Pilot", the AI is only the "Co-Pilot". You are legally responsible for everything you do with the results from Aivor.ai – be it a published text, an image, or an email to a lead.

8. Rights to Content

As regulated in the GTC: The content generated by the AI (output) belongs to you. You can use it freely for commercial purposes. You merely grant us the right to technically process the content to provide the service to you.

9. Data Protection

Your data is sacred to us. We do not sell data to third parties. Details can be found in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

Since AI develops rapidly, we must adjust these rules from time to time. We will inform you about significant changes via email or a banner in the dashboard.
